The best way to reach us is via secure message or email and someone from our team will get back to you. Please do not send your student ID or your medical records/information via email, as it is not a secure method of transmission.
Instead, contact us through MyUCBerkeleyHealth, from the side bar menu under My Record, click on TB and Immunization section, and you can send a message to the our team.
For inquiries without medical records or personal health information, you can email us at tbimmune@berkeley.edu. Please also include your full name as it appears on UC records along with your birthdate (not your student ID) so we can best assist you. You can also contact our office at (510) 664-5090, M-F from 8am-12noon and 1pm-4:45pm. Please be sure to leave a voice message and we will get back to you.
