To activate your MyChart account, click the "Sign up now" on MyUCBerkeleyHealth.  Note: There are a few ways to activate your account, however, no activation code is needed to sign-up. If you do get an activation code, enter it and if not look for the "No Activation Code, Sign-up Online" button.
