Health coaches support you through the process of defining and achieving your health and wellness goals by creating a sustainable and achievable action plan.

Sexpert Education Clinic & HIV Testing

Meet with a Sexpert to discuss sexual decision-making, sexual communication, safer sex, and contraceptive options. You can also get a rapid HIV antibody test.

Virtual Group Counseling

Weekly groups on topics such as worry and stress, healthy sleep habits, meditation, understanding self and others, managing emotions, career planning, and more.

Pet Hugs!

UHS coordinates Pet Hugs in partnership with the Animal Rescue Foundation. Pet Hugs brings therapy dogs to campus to positively impact mood, stress, and connection for students, staff, and faculty.
