Here is a list of common requests students can make through MyUCBerkeleyHealth
Get Birth Control
For birth control requests, you can go to the side bar menu and click on “Request Birth Control and Pregnancy Services” and complete the questionnaire for what you are requesting and submit.
Request Medication Refills
Medication refills can be requested through MyUCBerkeleyHealth if the prescription came from UHS.
Log into MyUCBerkeleyHealth > click the ”Medications” button> If you have medication refills remaining, click the ‘request a renewal’ button for that medication. If no refills are remaining click the "Request renewal" link next to the medication you wish to renew. A message will be sent to the office of the provider who originally prescribed this medication requesting a new prescription.
Non-Urgent Questions to Primary Care
To send non-urgent questions to your primary care team: (allow 3 business days for a response)
Log into MyUCBerkeleyHealth > select "Messages" > Send a new message > Click "Ask your Care Team a question” and select the type of question you have from the list .
Can Faculty and Staff use MyUCBerkeleyHealth?
Most appointments and MyUCBerkeleyHealth functions are for students only, however, faculty and staff can use MyUCBerkeleyHealth to upload COVID and flu vaccine records and do some secure messaging with the Occupational health teams if you are a patient.
Experiencing difficulties logging on to MyUCBerkeleyHealth?
In most cases, clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito browser will allow you to log-on.

What do I do if MyUCBerkeleyHealth is temporarily unavailable?
