Survivor Support Group

This group is specific to survivors who have experienced sexual assault more than 3 months ago. Survivors who experienced sexual violence in the context of an intimate partner violence relationship are an appropriate referral as long as the relationship is no longer active.
During this group, participants will learn mindfulness and grounding skills while also learning to understand the impact of trauma in their present lives.

This group is open to survivors of all genders. This group requires a pre-group meeting with the group facilitator before joining.
