Healing From Trauma (EMDR)

This group is for students who have experienced trauma, specifically family violence, and are seeking to process that trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in a group format. While the group will involve reprocessing trauma in a group setting, students will not share with one another about specific traumatic experiences. Students should be able to commit to attending all 6 sessions in order to gain the most benefit from this group. Healing Through Grief and Loss

In this 8-week process group, we will explore some of the teachings of grief, share how we maintain a relational connection to our ancestors and loved ones beyond death, and support one another in coping with the strong emotions that accompany us on our healing journey.

Beyond Pain: Empowering Wellness

This workshop is designed to help students understand the causes of chronic pain, identify signs and symptoms of chronic pain, and introduces helpful treatment strategies to manage their pain symptoms and improve overall functioning.
