University Health Services has partnered with LiveHealth Online for online video appointments (telemedicine) with a physician when the Tang Center is closed.
Your SHIP plan makes seeing a doctor easy when the Tang Center is closed through LiveHealth Online. With LiveHealth Online you have the ability to see board certified medical professionals for things like the flu, common colds, and more through your phone, tablet or computer with internet access.
LiveHealth Online is available 5pm-8am on weekdays, all weekends and campus holidays.
The cost for students with SHIP is $30 (dependents can access with a special code; see instructions below); you will indicate your SHIP enrollment when you register for an account. Non-SHIP students may also sign up to use LIveHealth Online for $49.
How to access
Access LiveHealth Online or create an account here. If you're enrolled in the SHIP voluntary plan (such as dependents) and want to use this service, please contact 1-888-546-3442.
Accessing LiveHealth Online is simple and easy:
- Either go to LiveHealthOnline.com or download the mobile app through Google Play or the App Store

- See a doctor
- Lastly, for the best coordination of your care, please select the option at the end of the visit to send post-visit records to University Health Services by entering this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
