Do You! Week is a week-long series of events at UC Berkeley to promote a campus alcohol and other drugs (AOD) culture that supports all who study, live, work & play in the campus area.

Friday, March 17

T-Break: Cannabis Tolerance Break
Friday, March 17 | 11 am - 12 pm | Introduction & Make your plan | Join via Zoom, Meeting ID: 997 6140 8825

Like anything else, your body builds up a tolerance: you need more to get high. A T-break could help you save money and also keep balance. Use the T-Break Guide from Univ of Vermont to plan on your own or join this one-hour virtual group planning session for ideas and support.  

Party Throwers Prevent Overdose*

This overdose prevention training is for residentially-based student organizations to reduce risks of substance misuse and potential fentanyl contamination during or after their events. Supplies provided.  

Do You! Gut Check
Friday, March 17 | 3:30 - 4:30 pm | Student focus group. Invite only. 

Student leaders inventory and improve campus messages and outreach about personal and community alcohol and other drug harm reduction. For more information, email khughes@berkeley.edu.

Be the One! Narcan Training & Supply
Saturday, March 18 | 10 am - 4 pm | UHS Pharmacy

UC Berkeley students, staff & faculty can now pick up free Narcan, a nasal spray that works almost immediately to reverse an opiate overdose, at UHS Pharmacy during its open hours.

Navigating Consent while Using Substances*

PATH to Care, Bears That Care, and PartySafe at Cal are collaborating on a new framework for navigating consent while using substances. Attend to help co-create tools that fit our campus needs and culture. Refreshments will be provided.

Join the Collegiate Recovery Program and PartySafe@Cal to celebrate our 2022-23 harm reduction changemakers and innovations. Hear from FentCheck and DanceSafe about our improved Fentanyl Test Strips. Refreshments will be provided.

Learn how to use a harm reduction approach, fentanyl test strips, and Narcan to prevent overdose. Build awareness of recovery. Discover your campus & community harm reduction & recovery resources. Open to all Berkeley students, staff and faculty. Please register by Wednesday, March 22.
