“I really appreciated having Jaime as a coach for the Work Strong program! He was fantastic to work with, and his positive feedback and attitude created a session that I looked forward to each time.
He brought in a sense of play and skillfully encouraged me to feel for my "greatest, safest effort". Every session was different, but in hindsight, he always was building on my abilities, and helping me become more aware of some of my forgotten body parts.
Jamie clearly was using methods that were built on research and a solid understanding of useful exercise physiology. I can't say enough great things about Jaime; he is considerate, observant, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and his positive motivation works!
Even in my own work area, I have been seeking ways to increase positive feedback to create changes in workplace behaviors. He is literally a role model of using positive reinforcement methods to change behaviors and make something that can be hard work, into something more enjoyable. If only all instruction could be as positive and encouraging.”

"I have found the WorkStrong program beneficial and tailored to my needs. The dietitian, Karen, and the personal trainer Jamie provide what their clients need. I especially appreciate that Karen will email me after our sessions with a summary and more food choices as needed. Jamie has also videoed some of the exercises I have a hard time remembering and texted them to me. All the information they have provided me is something I can continue to use in the future."
