This is an 8-module, weekly group for individuals with bipolar disorder. Within an atmosphere of mutual support, there is a focus on education about the condition, including ways to maintain stability. Members must have a primary psychiatrist before coming to the group.
Students can talk with a counselor to sign up or self-register, and there will be a brief screening conversation with one of the facilitators after signing up.
