Keeping Your Balance Bipolar Workshop

This workshop is for students who have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder and want to focus on staying well and preventing relapse. The workshop will focus on monitoring symptoms, recognizing warning signs, understanding the impact of individual symptoms, and developing an action plan to prevent relapse into (hypo)mania and/ or depression. The workshop will be in two sessions, each 1.5 hours, and held 1 week apart. Students should plan to attend both sessions. The workshop will consist of both skill-building and participatory sharing in a trauma-sensitive environment. Students can self-register and there will be a brief screening conversation with one of the facilitators after signing up.
