Navigating Bipolar Group

This is an 8-module, weekly group for individuals with bipolar disorder. Within an atmosphere of mutual support, there is a focus on education about the condition, including ways to maintain stability. Members must have a primary psychiatrist before coming to the group.

Students can talk with a counselor to sign up or self-register, and after signing up, there will be a brief screening conversation with one of the facilitators.

Topics:

  • Circadian rhythms and sleep
  • Psychotherapy for bipolar disorder
  • Mood charting
  • Developing an early action plan
  • Overview of bipolar medications
