Open with Limited Services
Due to labor actions and decreased staffing, we will have limited services available from May 7-9, 2018. Please note telephone and email responses will be delayed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. If you are having a life-threatening medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
The following services will be available:
Primary Care
- A limited number of Primary Care appointments can be booked online through the portal
- 24/7 advice nurse line: (510) 643-7197
Urgent Care
- Open normal hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm
- For urgent medical problems, you can call (510) 643-7197 to speak with the 24/7 Advice Nurse
Counseling and Psychology Services (CAPS)
- Drop-in services, 8 am - 5:30 pm

Laboratory
- No walk-up services or self-directed services, such as STI screening and pregnancy testing will be offered until May 10
Radiology
- No services until May 10
Pharmacy
- Open normal hours: 8:30 am - 6 pm
- Urgent medication refills only if you will be out of your medication before May 9
- Routine medication refills may be delayed up to 5 days
Social Services
- Limited services. The front office room 2280 is open.

Allergy and Travel Immunizations
- No routine Immunizations or Travel Consultations being offered until May 10
- If you have an urgent travel need and are leaving the country within the next 5 days, Phone: (510) 643-7177
- Allergy shot appointments will be rescheduled. Please call (510) 643-7177 to reschedule appointments between May 7 and May 9
