TB and Immunization Fairs

For Fall 2026 Incoming and re-admitted students 

Immunization Fair Dates (Book through MyUCBerkeleyHealth)

Monday - Friday from August 17 - August 28. Monday - Friday appointments required with some limited walk-ins based on availability. 

To make an appointment (starting August 1):  

1. Log into MyUCBerkeley Health

2. Click the icon for Schedule an Appointment

3. Select Travel or Immunizations or Tuberculosis Visit

4. Select Immunizations/Tuberculosis Visit and click Continue

5. Select Mandatory Immunizations and click Continue (if you need both TB testing and immunizations/titers, you can still use this option).

6. Select Imm Fair and click Continue. [*Note: if you are booking an appointment for a date outside of 8/18-9/5, select the "Mandatory Immunizations and TB Requirements" option instead].

7. Select the date and time of your appointment.

8. Use the "Comments" field to enter the vaccines and/or tests you would like during the appointment.

9. Read the Visit Instructions, then click Schedule it to book your appointment.

10. Make sure to complete the ePre Check-In process prior to your visit.

*Please upload your previous immunization records to MyUCBerkeleyHealth

You only need one appointment, even if you need to receive multiple immunizations. If you need assistance booking an appointment, please call the clinic at (510) 643-7177.

TB and Immunization Fairs are held at University Health Services Tang Center, 2222 Bancroft Way, Berkeley. 

Before the Fair 

  1. Make sure to complete these items on MyUCBerkeleyHealth before the fairs
  2. Complete the following forms on MyUCBerkeleyHealth:
    1. Notice of Privacy Practices 
    2. Statement of Financial Responsibility 
  3. Read the Vaccine Information Statements for vaccines you will need
    1. Tdap (Pertussis)
    2. Measles, Mumps, Rubella
    3. Varicella (Chickenpox)
    4. Meningococcal ACWY

What to do on the day of the Fair

  • Eat a hearty breakfast or snack and drink water in preparation for blood tests or immunizations.
  • Be prepared to stay for 15-30 minutes in the waiting area after your vaccine.
  • It is best to wear a short-sleeved shirt or dress in layers so that it is easier to collect blood tests or administer vaccines.
  • Bring your Cal1Card OR a photo ID and your Student ID number.
