Immunization Clinics for Fall 2016

UHS is offering immunization appointments online for new students still trying to complete the immunization mandates due August 1. (Spring deadline is February 18, 2017)

If you didn't receive the vaccine by the August 1 deadline, it is available at the Tang Center. Please schedule an appointment to take care of any outstanding immunization needs online via eTang. 

Tip: Please bring any copies of medical and immunization records you have with you. See Sample Fees and SHIP benefits. Thank you for helping create a healthier environment for our Golden Bear community.
