Preventing and Coping with Burnout

This single-session psychoeducational workshop focuses on how we as college students can avoid the harmful effects of a significant institutional issue - burnout. We discuss strategies to avoid burnout. For those who are currently feeling burnt out, we also discuss strategies for dealing with burnout to nurse ourselves back to physical, emotional, and mental health.
