Wellness Kiosk

Background on the Wellness Kiosk (vending machine) project:

To make accessing wellness products including sexual health products Plan B, pregnancy tests, period products, OTC meds more accessible, install a Wellness Kiosk in a central campus location. 

  • Adding a vending machine on campus helps address gaps in student healthcare accessibility by having a central & autonomous campus location to access health products

  • In addition to being able to access these products at the Tang Center Pharmacy, the vending machine is more accessible when Tang Center is closed.

Affordable, & Discrete Access to Essential Healthcare Products:

  • Emergency Contraception: 

    • Plan B One-Step: $5

  • Pregnancy Test: $10 for a 2-pack

  • OTC Health: Tylenol, Claritin, Pepto-Bismol, etc. 

  • Menstrual Products: Pads, tampons, Midol, etc. 

  • Harm Reduction: Naloxone (coming soon), condoms, lube

  • Personal Hygiene: Deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste bundles, tissues
