"Summer's coming and I want to get outdoors and to the gym more. I hate going alone though! What are some tips on roping my friends into coming with?"
Summer is a great time to get more active: nice weather, more free time, less stress! If your friends aren't super excited about hitting the RSF or going for a run, maybe suggest going for a hike in a really beautiful place. Maybe even ask a friend to sign up for a 5K with you and you two can train together weekly for it. Initially, it helps to have something fun or exciting planned to get someone want to exercise with you. Once they get into a habit, they'll be exercising with you all summer!
