I am currently going through a break-up and it hurts so much.
The relationship that I had was extremely confusing. We were on and off for about half a year! He was my best friend before we had started talking. We ended our relationship on good terms but many times I miss him terribly and become quite depressed. I understand why we had to break up but its hurts to let our memories go. How can I cope with this breakup?
Break-ups are tough. Period. It’s okay to feel the pain when it comes up. Slowly, it will get easier. In the meantime, treat yourself to things you like (e.g., go for a hike, revisit an old hobby) and surround yourself with friends who you enjoy. Best wishes as you process this disappointment.
