Campus Walking Group

The campus provides many scenic locations for a rejuvenating walk during your work break. Below are some activities and resources to assist you.

Health*Matters Walking Group
Every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (Year-Round)
12:10 pm, Campanile (South Side)

Led by Walking Leaders, the Health*Matters Walking Group takes you on different routes through campus and accommodates all levels of fitness walkers, from moderate to brisk. Enjoy the benefits of walking by taking a 30-35 minute walk through campus with your colleagues.

During the summer months, the Walking Group offers a price incentive program for participating walkers. For information regarding the Walking Group, please contact Health*Matters at (510) 643-4646.
