- Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010
The Dietary Guidelines for Americans are updated every five years by a committee that analyzes current research and scientific information on diet and health. The most current version was released in January 2011 and is a joint publication of the Departments of Health and Human Services and Agriculture.
