Due to labor actions and decreased staffing, some services may be limited on March 20, 2019.

If you are having a life-threatening medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

The following services will be available:

Medical Services:

Primary Care

  • A limited number of Primary Care appointments can be booked online through the portal; non-timely appointments may be deferred.
  • 24/7 advice nurse line: (510) 643-7197

Urgent Care

  • Open normal hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

  • For urgent medical concerns, and/or if you are unsure whether you need to come in, please call (510) 643-7197 to speak with the 24/7 Advice Nurse

Mental Health Services

Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS)

  • Drop-in services for urgent concerns, 10am - 5pm
  • All groups scheduled for Wednesday 3/20 are canceled

  • Urgent labwork only:  Please contact your ordering provider, or the advice line, if you are not sure if your lab test is urgent.

  • No self-directed services (STI screening, pregnancy testing, TB tests) are being offered until March 21.

  • Open normal hours: 8:30am - 6pm

  • Urgent medication refills only (if you will be out of your medication before March 21)

  • Routine medications refills may be delayed up to 5 days

Occupational Health

  • Open normal hours: 8:00am - 11:45am and 12:45pm - 4:45pm

  • Limited services on March 20.  Scheduled appointments will be seen.

  • No TB testing will be performed on March 20.  

Social Services

  • Limited services. The front office room 2280 is open

  • Nutrition Appointments will be seen

  • The Appointment Office will be closed on March 20.

Allergy and Travel Immunizations

  • Immunization and Travel Consultation appointments will be seen

Mandatory TB and Immunization Office
