Seeking New Wellness Ambassadors for Departments or Work Units

UC Berkeley Wellness Ambassadors are faculty or staff volunteers who are passionate about health and wellness, and assisting supervisors and managers with their role to create a safe and healthy workplace culture. Anyone can be a Wellness Ambassador, committing as little as an hour each month to communicate about health and wellness programs and implement turnkey tools to create a healthy culture within the department or work unit.

If you are interested in supporting a member of your unit with enhancing their leadership, communication, and planning skills, encourage them to become a Wellness Ambassador. They can start now or begin with the training scheduled for this August. Together we can start a movement and create a healthier workplace culture. Visit the Wellness Ambassador webpage to learn more about the program.
