- Eligibility: Voluntary SHIP is available for the dependents of students enrolled in SHIP. Please visit our Insurance for Dependents webpage to find out who is eligible.
- Online Enrollment Form: To enroll dependents, create an account or sign in to complete and submit the online enrollment form during your program's enrollment period.
- Note: Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 0.5 units for the summer term to be eligible for SHIP and to add their dependents onto SHIP. If the student is not enrolled in classes and SHIP, the request for dependent enrollment will be denied.
