CAPS support groups including drop-in groups have resumed and are another helpful source of support.

TAO is available to all students and offers an online library of interactive programs to help you learn life skills and tools to manage challenges such as stress and anxiety.
For students with SHIP insurance, Teladoc is another option for ongoing video or phone therapy and psychiatry services through online video sessions.
Other self-help resources are also available.
Psychotherapists and psychiatrists in the community can see students more frequently and longer term. - UHS Medical Services offered at the Tang Center.
- UHS Social Services offers a range of topic specific counseling options, for alcohol and drugs, chronic medial conditions, nutrition and eating disorders, pregnancy resources, sexual health, relationship and sexual violence, and transgender/gender identity counseling.
- PATH to Care Center offers confidential support to those impacted by sexual violence, sexual harassment, stalking and intimate partner violence by providing information, resources, and care.
