Appointments See Medical Appointments, Counseling Appointments, or Urgent Care to get started at University Health Services. Learn how to prepare for your medical appointments, what to expect during and after a clinical visit, and more.
Hepatitis B For those under 19 on the first day of classes, proof of Hepatitis B immunization is required as a condition of enrollment. Learn more about the Hepatitis B requirement or simply download the Hepatitis B statement form.
Immunizations In addition to the standard pediatric immunization series and Hepatitis B immunization requirement, certain immunizations are recommended for college students.
Insurance All students are required to have major medical insurance to complement health coverage provided by UHS Tang Center. Learn more about the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
