Group Travel Consult

The Group Travel Appointment is designed to cover important information common to all travelers to less developed countries and help you to plan for your needs. By attending a Group Travel Consult you will have more time for questions and receive a small discount off the cost of the Individual Travel Consult alone.

Registration for Group Travel Consult:

1. Please select a date from the list below of possible Group Travel Consult dates. It is best to attend the earliest possible date you can make.

2. Please complete the Travel Itinerary Form (Word document, pdf format). Completed forms may be faxed to (510) 643-5079 or dropped off at the Tang Information Center in the Tang lobby 2222 Bancroft Way. Please complete this step before your Group Travel Consult.

3. Please note that the Group Travel Consult does not replace the Individual Travel Consult. Please make an appointment for your individual consult as soon as possible by calling (510) 643-7177.

Your individual travel consult is designed to address your individual health risks/needs, including medication to prevent malaria when indicated, and begin the immunization process.
