Information for UC Berkeley students who have encountered a problem while using Tang's online appointment scheduling

Problem Information Who to Contact
Unable to find type of appointment
  • Some appointments cannot yet be scheduled online (For the list of appointments that can be scheduled online, click here)
  • Call Tang Center Appointment Office at (510) 642-2000 (M-F 8-4:45)
Unable to find workable time
  • Make sure you have checked future months on the calendar
  • If you searched the availability of a particular provider, you may find an appointment sooner by selecting the "no provider preference" option
  • Note: We are only able to show appointments within 30-45 days
  • Call Tang Center Appointment Office at (510) 642-2000 (M-F 8-4:45)
Unable to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment
  • Only appointments that were scheduled online can be canceled or rescheduled online
  • To cancel an appointment, leave a message at (510) 643-7033
  • To reschedule an appointment, call Tang Center Appointment Office at (510) 642-2000 (M-F 8-4:45)
