| Unable to find type of appointment |
- Some appointments cannot yet be scheduled online (For the
list of appointments that can be scheduled online, click here)

| Unable to find workable time |
- Make sure you have checked future months on the calendar
- If you searched the availability of a particular provider,
you may find an appointment sooner by selecting the "no
provider preference" option
- Note: We are only able to show appointments within 30-45 days

| Unable to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment |
- Only appointments that were scheduled online can be canceled
or rescheduled online

- To cancel an appointment, leave a message at (510) 643-7033
