In an actual appointment, Arif    would be seen by a physician,    nurse practitioner or physician    assistant, as appropriate. He    might be referred to the inhouse    Clinical Laboratory for a blood    test or to the UHS Pharmacy to    fill a prescription. If an x-ray    were needed, he would be    referred to the Radiology    Department.
